We finished early today and on Monday. I hope you liked meeting?PCC Public Safety?today. If you have an emergency at PCC, you can call them at 971-722-4444.

Please come to class on?Friday. You will write the Unit 3 test. I will not be there. You will have a very nice substitute teacher named Sasha. Our helper Rebecca will also be there. Maybe our helper William will also be there.
Here is the?homework?for?Friday?and Monday:

  1. Do any old homework and corrections. Please tell me if you need the papers.

  2. English in Action 2 Unit 3: Home:? Review the Unit and the workbook to study for the test on Friday: Renting an apartment; listening; prepositions and maps, house/apartment/furniture vocabulary; reading; places in the community; can + verb; writing questions and answers

  3. Start working on your neighborhood paragraph. It is due on Monday. Sasha will give you the paper on Friday.

  4. Work on your self-evaluation. It is due on Monday.

  5. Work on independent practice #4 (practice each skill – you choose how) and then fill out the chart (or you can call me or e-mail me). It is due on Monday. Be sure to practice technology since we aren’t going to the computer lab this week.

  6. Continue reading your library book. Your book report is due in 1 to 2 weeks. Let me know when you are ready.
