Today was a different day. We talked with students from the World Religions class for the first hour. Here are the questions.
Then, we worked some more on the simple past in Unit 9. We talked about last weekend (A, p. 160) with?partners. We also talked about Simple Past Affirmative (true) and Negative Statements (false) with the chart on page 165.

2. Do you still need to give your book report?? Finish reading your library book. Fill out the paper for your book report. Let Heather know when you are ready.
3.?EIA?2: Unit 9: Learn/review the simple past verbs, p. 156, p. 162 and p. 253. Review the affirmative and negative statements in the simple past, p. 165. Read A and B, p. 165. We will talk about this?on Wednesday.
4. EIA?2: Unit 9 Workbook: Finish the workbook pages – Write E on page 59 and J on page 61 in complete sentences on a new paper.
5. Study for the Unit 9 Quiz (simple past) on Friday. Some students will take the Unit 9 Quiz on Wednesday.
