Thai Boxing: Partner Drilling and Timing
Building on our skill set from Thai Boxing Fundamentals, we will focus more on application. Expect partner drilling and 'timing' sparring (controlled contact) with a dedicated focus on isolating tools and eventually putting it all together. Gloves/Shin Guard/Mouthpiece and Protective Cup required!
