Intro Pottery Wheel Camp
Welcome to the wheel! Learn the basics of throwing clay on the wheel to shape basic forms. Centering, cylinders and trimming will be covered each day and Friday is dedicated to glazing. Registration includes bonus open studio time for additional practice outside of camp hours. For ages 12-17.
Students should wear appropriate clothing for getting dirty, including shoes. Long hair will need to be pulled back with a hair tie. Please leave jewelry and smart watches at home.
*Studio will supply clay, tools and firing for students.
