Details about this class
Hello, my name is William Douglass.
Thanks for your interest in practicing Tai Chi. In this class you will learn the Yang style Twenty Four form. The class includes lectures and topics about Chi Kung, Tai Chi, breathing, meditating and other related advanced energy principles.
This is a hybrid course that meets via Google Meet once per week and includes short, online lectures and related activities. There is no textbook for this course. All reading and other materials will be provided through D2L Brightspace.
Final grades will be determined by weekly quiz points and a Post Reflection Paper that is due at the end of the term.

Technology
A thirty minute, weekly optional lecture demo will be held via Google Meet on Wednesdays at 2:00 PM. A microphone is required and a webcam may be beneficial but not required.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
