Details about this class
Are you ready to try something new?
Come work out in our gorgeous studio full of natural light to soak up some early morning rays and get moving!
TRX and Boot Camp provide a great way to build strength and endurance through body weight and other various workouts. The class will begin by covering the fundamental exercise movements and build on those exercises throughout the term using body weight, TRX straps, and other fitness equipment.
Do not fear the term "bootcamp". We will repeat certain exercises but no two workouts will look the same!
The use of TRX straps provides stability and challenges the core.
All levels of fitness are welcomed and encouraged.
TRX straps and other equipment are provided in class.
****This class is cross listed with TRX, Boot Camp I and II.
This class will be hybrid and require one hour of home workouts per week.Technology
There is no additional technology required for this class.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
