Hello! My name is Chris Meyers and I will be your instructor for this course.

Welcome to Weight Training!

A little about my background and experience in teaching this class: I was a high school PE/Health teacher for 31 years and taught many weight training classes. I also have over 90 combined years of coaching. I feel that I have extensive experience developing weight training programs for all levels from beginner to elite athlete. My goal for this class is to help you develop the perfect program for your individual needs.

In this class each of you will learn the various major muscle groups, what exercises work what muscle groups, you will develop and implement your own personal workout program, and you will modify and tweak that workout throughout the term to develop the perfect program for your needs.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
