Details about this class
This class covers the history of the Oregon Trail from the time of the early explorers through today. We look at why people went to Oregon and California and the impact on the land and Native Americans.
The class requires two books, Seeing the Elephant by Joyce Hunsaker has a free link and the other book, Oregon Trail by David Dary can be found online for under $10.
The class is fully online. There are no class meetings.
