Taste dry farmed wines from regions that don't irrigate their vineyards. Learn about the impacts of drought-resistant grapes, deep root farming and disease pressure and the unique notes these wines produce.

Three half-bottles of wine included with registration for tasting. Instructor will email directions for obtaining samples for class.
