Details about this class
Hi! I'm Tara, and I'll be your instructor for this section of Writing 122. You can learn a little about me and this class by watching this brief introduction (links to YouTube). This is an online course; we do not have scheduled class meetings. I will hold weekly office hours and be available for Zoom and phone meetings. I will send out more information about the course the week before the start of term. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out if you have specific questions: tara.montague@pcc.edu.
Technology
You will be using Google Apps, especially Google Docs. You will need to enable Google Apps integration from within D2L Brightspace. Here are instructions. This course utilizes video learning materials, so functioning speakers or headphones are also required.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
