Details about this class
This fully online yoga class builds on a weekly practice. Yoga philosophy, meditation, and asana (poses) will be studied. Options will be given for multiple levels. Students will complete weekly yoga practice journals, a pre and post assessment, and a few class discussions to think critically and engage with the course content.
