Welcome to your movement class! 

This class is not just a stretch class but a way to learn mobility and keep it for a lifetime*. More gentle than yoga and focused on fascial  (the bodies connective tissue) movements. We learn stretches and mobility work for all the major joints in our bodies with a focus on how to keep our spine supple and supported!

Get ready to relax and learn new healthy ways to nourish and move your body!

No equipment is required. If you would like to purchase a mat, the book store does carry yoga mats that you can be purchased with your financial aid. All other equipment is available in the classroom.

This class is great for athletes, new to movement students, and bendy people too!
