Details about this class

This is a combined level class. Our practice builds weekly and includes levels of practice for all participants. Please bring a journal and writing utensil to each class. Meditation may be involved with weekly practice. Please wear clothes that you can move comfortably in. PCC has mats, but feel free to bring your own for use. We have yoga blocks, straps, and blankets for use in class. Feel free to email me with any questions! Kindly, Valerie
