Details about this class

This course is for Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced Resistance Training (RT) students of all ages wanting to improve their knowledge, skill, technique and comprehension of Resistance Training.   All three RT levels are in the same section learning together.

Students will learn RT terminology, RT principles, proper exercise form and how to select and design a specific RT Program specific to their fitness level and goals.   

This is a required course for Exercise Science Students.
