Details about this class

This course lays the foundation for management, examining the basic tenets and practical applications of fundamental supervisory skills, including planning, staffing, communication, conflict management, problem-solving, and quality improvement.

 Additionally, you will have the opportunity to analyze how various leadership strategies can be employed to motivate and coach employees toward success. You will have the opportunity to explore techniques and tools that enhance effectiveness in hiring, training, and assessing performance, all of which are essential for creating a positive work environment where employees feel valued and appreciated.
