Learn the foundations of the ancient health system of Ayurveda (Indian medicine). Discover how to balance the mind, body and spirit through both Yoga and Ayurveda.

Includes mantra, yantra, dharana and Dhyana through lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice. Includes yoga philosophy, lifestyle and ethics for daily living. Understand ancient Indian life knowledge and the 8 limbs of yoga. Observe and practice concentration, meditation and concepts of Samadhi. Understand the formation of imbalanced conditions and the best time of day for Asana and Yoga Kriyas. Focus on Patanjali’s Yamas and Niyamas. Start any term. Complete all 4 courses to qualify for your 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training! Two books used throughout program (book info emailed before class begins). Course awards 50 CEU hours.
