Details about this class
We are using a free for download textbook "Circuit analysis and design" by Fawwaz Ulaby - https://services.publishing.umich.edu/Books/Electrical-Engineering-Textbooks
You can also purchase hardcovers at various booksellers online.
For the lab, a small parts kit is required. If you want to buy through the bookstore, look for the "electronics starter pack" that's designed for the EET program. That has 99% of what you need. If you want something a little better, there are several on amazon like this:
https://www.amazon.com/REXQualis-Electronics-tie-Points-Breadboard-Potentiometer/dp/B073ZC68QG
Any kit with a similar selection of parts will do (breadboard, hookup wire, resistor set, a few potentiometers, and a few capacitors set at a minimum). The lab can supply some limited components if you forget your parts kit.
Technology
There is no additional technology required for this class.

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class.
