This is an in-person course that meets weekly at the Rock Creek campus. All course materials will be provided in class and through D2L. You will not need to purchase any materials for this course.

In Introduction to Today’s Careers: Health, we’ll explore a variety of career opportunities in the health professions. Together, we’ll dive into the educational and licensing requirements, professional and ethical responsibilities, physical demands, workplace environments, and career pathways for a range of roles in healthcare.

Through class discussions, and real-world examples, you'll start to see where you might belong in the world of healthcare. Whether you're just beginning to explore your options or already have a dream job in mind, this course will help you discover the paths that align with your interests, strengths, and goals.
