Delivery of this class:

This class combines elements of face-to-face learning (on campus) and online instruction. In this class you get to participate in both traditional in-person sessions and online activities. The goal is to leverage the strengths of both learning modalities to create a flexible and engaging educational experience.

What to expect in a class with me...

You can expect an educational experience deeply rooted in a strengths-based teaching philosophy. I believe in recognizing and nurturing the unique talents and potential within each student. The emphasis is on understanding and appreciating what you do best, ensuring that every individual is aware of their strengths. Rather than focusing on what is lacking, the approach centers on what is right.

Classes with me are positive, encouraging, and geared towards empowering students to recognize and leverage their strengths. The learning environment is supportive, with an emphasis on fostering a sense of confidence and self-awareness. Additionally, my belief in the inherent worth of each student and the idea that all students are wonderfully and beautifully made will contribute to a classroom atmosphere that values diversity and promotes a sense of inclusion and acceptance.

Looking forward to working with you,

Dr. Michael Hohn
