APR131 Refrigeration I
Covers refrigeration principles and different basic cycles which include heat transfer, temperature, and basic physics and gas laws. Lab includes the use of tools and instruments used for charging and evacuation and recovery methods. APR 131 and FMT 101 both cannot be taken for credit. Prerequisites: MTH 20; (WR 90 or IRW 90 or ESOL 262); (RD 90 or IRW 90 or ESOL 260). Audit available. (See course content and outcomes.)
