Transform your future in just 5 days! Explore and Connect is a hands-on class where you’ll learn essential tech skills while practicing English. Whether you’re an immigrant, refugee, or English Language Learner, this program is designed for people who are ready to explore new opportunities in school and the workplace. Don’t let technology hold you back – join us and discover how digital skills can open doors to amazing opportunities!
You will:
- Become more familiar with websites and classroom tools such as MyPCC and D2L.
- Gain confidence in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Docs, and Slides.
- Learn about campus resources that can support you in your training and career goals.
- Grow your English skills.
Non-native English speakers of all levels are encouraged to join.

Are you an immigrant, refugee, or English Language Learner? Are you interested in making a plan to get a great job? Explore College and Careers is a course designed to help you choose a career goal and create a plan to reach it.
You will:
- Identify training programs that will help you reach your career goal
- Learn how your career goal fits in the job market
- Identify skills that will help you be successful
- Explore ways to pay for training
- Build your English vocabulary
Non-native English speakers (intermediate to advanced) are encouraged to join.
