Training and development T&D
The T&D team works closely with academic programs to gauge instructor training needs and support course planning and development for Online (No Scheduled Meetings), Online (Scheduled Meetings), and hybrid modalities. This team develops and facilitates online and refresher faculty training as well as the mentor/coordinator program. It builds online and hybrid instructional resources like What works well in online teaching, curates and offers workshops, and supports faculty workgroups across the college.
