  • Take Charge of Your Healing Group

    This online four-week counseling group focuses on recovery from trauma and substance abuse using an approach called “Seeking Safety”.

    School got you stressed? This four-week group focuses on practical tools and techniques to reduce anxiety and stress.
  • Queer/Trans/Gender-Expansive Counseling Process Group

    Join us in this online counseling process group welcoming queer/trans/gender-expansive PCC students. Common experiences are shared, differences are acknowledged, and the healing power of community is celebrated.
  • Grief & Loss Group

    This four week counseling group is an opportunity for members to share and process experiences of grief and loss.
  • Art & Crafts to Cope with Stress

    3 – 4pm
    Use creative outlets to explore emotions and self-expression through art projects, journaling, and discussions. Each session will provide a space for personal exploration and emotional processing through various artistic mediums. No experience with art is needed to participate in the group.
  • BIPOC Healing Counseling Group

    1 – 2pm
    This counseling group provides a space for Black Indigenous People Of Color (BIPOC) students to discuss lived experiences. The group supports students in navigating various challenges with emphasis on collective support, connection, and the healing process within the group. This process group runs for four weeks. Please recognize this space is a place to gain community support with students that may hold identities different than your own.
