Printing balance
Log in to PaperCut to check your individual quota, print history, transaction history. Students start each term with $10 in their PaperCut account (equal to about 100 double-sided pages).
Additional printing can be purchased by card through PaperCut: log in to PaperCut to buy printing credits. Check your updated balance after the payment is processed successfully. You should also receive a receipt via email. If you’re being redirected to the PaperCut login after adding credits, the likely cause is an incorrect billing address or other problem with the credit card. Try again with corrected card details or contact a Lab Assistant.
Available printers
In the computer lab , there is both a black and white printer and a color printer available. In most classrooms, there is a black and white printer available. Printers use standard 8.5 × 11″ white 20lb copy paper.
Releasing print jobs
In the computer labs, there are print release stations (dedicated computer) that you’ll need to access. Release stations are set up near the printers. Log in with your MyPCC username and password.
You can also release your print job through the web interface: log in to PaperCut and select Jobs Pending?Release from left navigation, find job, click Print or Cancel options.
Outside of the computer labs, stuck print jobs could be due to various reasons, such as insufficient PaperCut funds, printer issues, or job restrictions.

Print settings
Students might want to customize their print settings, such as selecting double-sided printing or adjusting print quality. Print setting changes are normally handled via the application used for the content, e.g., Google Docs, MS Word, etc. After selecting print from the application, document print settings should be available to select – duplex, paper size, etc. Printing restrictions: students may print to printers as long as they have printer balance and the print job is less than or equal to the available balance.
