Course Description
Prepares students to qualify for the Oregon Real Estate Property Manager certification exam.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon successful completion of the Property Manager License education, the
student will be adequately prepared to answer state real estate property manager
examination questions.
In addition, participants will understand:
the functions and responsibilities of managers of real property
applications of contract and agency law,
statutory materials concerning landlord and tenant,
anti-discrimination, and
fair credit reporting.
