Course Description
沙巴体育官网s intercultural communication and competency skills through active engagement and practice. Introduces knowledge of inclusive practices, work environment standards and policies and how to best respond in times of conflict.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Discuss the concepts of equity, diversity, and inclusion more comfortably.
Identify and apply inclusive leadership skills and behaviors in real-life/work situations.
Understand the different communication styles inter-culturally, and how they interact.
Critically reflect how culture affects communication styles, and how we can use this to communicate more clearly and effectively.
Explain what is acceptable behavior in the workplace and what is not, and why
