Course Description
This course will look at how leadership, decision-making and accountability all play a part in ethics, as well as methods for being an accountable leader who makes ethical decisions and can hold others to this standard.

How to hold oneself to being accountable
How to approach ethical dilemmas when you need to make a decision
How to hold others to the same standards of ethics and accountability
