No further form submission required. This is a private event. No external food form or temporary restaurant license is required. Please follow PCC’s private event food safety guidelines:
- Refrigerate foods that spoil quickly within 2 hours (1 hour if outdoors or air temperature is above 90°F).
- Keep hot foods above 135°F and cold foods below 41°F.
- Use utensils or gloves – no bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods.
- Wash hands before handling food.
- Label foods containing common allergens when possible.
- Dispose of leftovers if food has been out longer than safe time limits.

As a reminder, home-cooked food cannot be served to the public.
