Books for online (no scheduled meetings) classes
Visit the Sylvania online bookstore to find books for online (no scheduled meetings). The Sylvania bookstore is our largest store and as a result, online (no scheduled meetings) class materials are mailed from this location.
Shipping
We ship to any street address in the US through UPS. However, if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or have an APO address, your process is a little different. See the overseas shipping section, below.
We cannot ship to PO boxes. You can use your home, work, or a friend’s address, or contact us for helps: 971-722-4715 or sybkstrorder@pcc.edu.
Overseas shipping
We ship overseas through the United States Postal Service. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses. There are additional shipping charges for sending packages to these and international addresses. We cannot use FedEx or any other carrier.
We will package your books and materials to obtain an accurate weight, then we’ll contact you with a shipping quote. Don’t worry – e won’t process your shipment without verbal or electronic approval from you.
Returns
To receive a full refund, minus shipping and handling, arrange to have your books returned by the end of the first week of classes. Include your packing slip and mail your package to:

Your refund will be processed to your original form of payment. We do not pay return shipping. Books that are damaged or removed from their original wrappings will not be returned at the full new value. See the textbook return policy for details.
Buyback
We work with a nationwide book vendor to process buyback online at any time. Visit the online buyback website for more information and to begin your transaction.
Digital textbooks
Visit our digital textbook retailer to browse the titles we offer digitally.
Discounted textbooks
Campus Marketplace lets students list books for sale and negotiate prices and terms with one another. You might be able to find a student willing to ship a book to you at a great price.
